Joju George and Sheelu Abraham essay a couple, who have been married for 17 years. Going by the trailer it looks like the character played by Sheelu was apparently born on an evil day. Prithviraj Sukumaran will be essaying the role of Dr Derrick, who unravels the mystery. Elements of folklore, fantasy, and mystery are evident in the trailer.
