Kuruthi featured Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role, alongside Murali Gopy, Roshan Mathew, Shine Tom Chacko, Srindaa, Manikandan R. Achari, Mamukkoya, Navas Vallikunnu, Neslen K.
