Moothon Movie Moothon is an Indian bilingual crime thriller movie directed by Geethu Mohandas with Nivin Pauly as the lead. The film is scripted by Geethu Mohandas and dialogues in Hindi is written by renowned Hindi filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. This is Geetu Mohandas's first feature-length movie in Malayalam. In 2014, Geetu was directed a film called Liar's Dice starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui. "The response to the film has been fantastic and the audience has really loved it. I am really overwhelmed to be a part of such a prestigious festival and the response received has doubled my happiness. As an actor getting validation is really motivating and I am happy everyone is appreciating my performance," Nivin told to IANS. Moothon was produced by Joel Abhishai Paul, Ajay G. Rai and Alan McAlex under the banners of MiniStudio & Jar Pictures Production in association with Paragon Pictures & Anurag Kashyap. The film tells the story of a man who lives in Lakshwadeep going to search for his elder brother. Moothon means elder brother. Moothon movie theatre release date is November 8th 2019.
