Naduvan featured Bharath Niwas in the lead role, alongside Aparna Vinod, Gokul, Aruvi Bala, Yog Jaypee in supporting roles. Yuva did the cinematography of the Naduvan movie. The film was edited by Sunny Sawrav. The music of Naduvan was composed by Dharan, with lyrics by Madan Kakri.
The film was announced by actor turned director Sharran Kumar who also revealed that he had nearly spent one and a half years finishing the script due to being busy with his acting assignments and schedules. The film is taunted to be made as a drama thriller film with the lead actor Bharath essaying the role of a young father of a young girl. The portions of the film were set in Kodaikanal. The shoot of the film wrapped up on early January 2019.
